For some strange reason whilst I’m completely comfortable with being gay now and happy to tell anyone I meet that I am BUT (and its a big but) I can’t use the phrase.. I’m gay.. it’s always I’m not straight.

Strange that.

    Well done on beiing comfortable in being yourself, MB! It's been a long time coming to get to this point. Maybe you don't use the phrase I'm Gay because you like to make people think a little bit before judging you. If you say I'm not straight, they have something to ponder for a minute or two.

    And... I just now went back and read Josh's comment... so now I'm certain that's the answer because we both said it! LOL
